Before you open a board.

Short answers from the Eagle Nest desk. The terms and the refund policy control if a sentence here is shorter than those pages.

Is the forecast a quota?

No. It is a note about why a number on your board moved. A lead signs it. Quantumspook does not tell you the quarter will close.

Who buys a board?

A company with people who work deals. A personal budget app is outside the offer. The invoice goes to the company.

What happens in the first 7 days?

The board is open and the monthly price is not charged. If you stop before the first invoice, there is nothing to refund. See the refund policy.

Can the note invent a meeting?

No. The draft uses activity already logged. A missing call stays missing.

What does the API file?

POST /v1/activity adds the event. It does not file the forecast and it does not close a deal.

How do we stop the next invoice?

Stop it on the board or email [email protected] before the renewal date. The first paid charge can be reviewed for 15 business days.
