The unpaid start

The first 7 days are not charged. If you stop in that window, no refund is due because no fee was collected. Email [email protected] so the first invoice is not issued.

The first paid charge

After the first paid invoice, ask for that charge back within 15 business days of the charge date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Email [email protected] with the company, the plan, and the date. A qualifying return goes to the original payment method.

Later months

Monthly charges after the first are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to skip the next invoice. Paid days are not prorated.

Network quotes

A Network setup fee, if the quote includes one, is refundable only when the setup week has not started. After Eagle Nest begins that week, the setup fee stays billed. A paid monthly Network amount follows the first-charge and later-month rules.
